Mr. Weinwurzel is responsible for overseeing the ongoing and seamless technical operations of all Devix client properties. Elan directs the delivery and implementation of all technical solutions to Devix clients and ensures optimal performance of all internal and client-deployed technology solutions.

Elan has studied and is conversant in PC-based workstation and server operating systems, including MS Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista, as well as Java, C#, VB, and .NET programming languages.

Elan has a BA in Economics from Binghamton University with a focus in Technical Business Applications.
